Workrate TM is Assist’s bespoke works management system which provides our customers with a central location to house all of their contract performance-related information. Available via a secure web platform, Workrate TM furnishes customers with a full management information platform, allowing instant access to all details pertaining to the service provided by Assist. The system Features include:

• Detailed invoicing store

• Asset management

In addition to those features shown above, Workrate TM also houses performance management data which displays a suite of Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports so from contract, region, team or individual level, our customers have the reassurance that our thorough audit processes are being adhered to and fed back to them on a regular basis with complete transparency.
 
Workrate TM goes much deeper than a reporting tool, however. To ensure that Assist deploys the right staff to the right job, the Training & Development module of the system keeps a real-time track of all employees, their skills, training and experience to ensure that no operative is permitted to undertake any works for our customers without successfully completing the appropriate training. Our flagging feature also ensures that no employee is permitted to continue works unless they have completed the mandatory refresher training; a feature we believe it crucial in reassuring our customers that all operatives work on their behalf at the highest level of competence.
