Assist has been ranked top on a framework agreement for the supply of snow and ice clearance services to the City of Edinburgh Council.

The new framework agreement was awarded in an attempt to prevent the scenes that occurred last year when the army where called in to clear snow and ice from the city’s streets.

The snow and ice maintenance framework agreement is for four years and replaces the previous ad-hoc arrangements that where provided to the City of Edinburgh Council.
