About the programme
Assist's Graduate Development Programme (GDP) exists to identify and develop individuals with the potential to become managers of the future.
The programme is designed to give individuals a comprehensive understanding of Assist’s business and provide you with a structured range of learning and development opportunities. As well as having your own Personal Development Plan (PDP) you will be assigned a company Director to mentor you throughout the programme.

Placements
Stepping straight into one of our business support team, you’ll be given real work, with real responsibilities from the word go. You’ll feel like a valued part of the team, and that’s great for learning. Even better, we view each placement as a stepping stone into a permanent career.
